LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT FORUM
CEO Round Table is the largest platform in Poland for leadership skills development, business network expansion, and inspiration. It was created for the top management of leading companies based in the Central and Eastern Europe. CEO Round Table gathers close to 300 regular members: CEOs, board members and senior managers from all industries and business sectors. Forum organizes for its members around 70 events a year.

CEO ROUND TABLE STRUCTURE
CEO Round Table’s events are divided into two groups. The first kind are organized within the “Open Forum” model and consist of meetings of different sizes and mixed participation. The second kind are called “Peer Groups” and consist of recurring workshops of smaller, familiar sizes. Participants are accustomed to an atmosphere of respect, honest, and trust and can count on unique confluences of interest and diverse sources of inspiration.
CEO Round Table offers two types of membership:
1. Open Forum
2. Open Forum + Peer Group
With “Open Forum” you get access to a variety of events moderated by professional coaches on diverse topics. Open Forum is designed for CEOs, board members, and senior management. Each event is an excellent opportunity for mutual inspiration, to share best practices, and develop a valuable network of business contacts.
Open Forum is based on three principles. One, confidentiality. What happens in Open Forum stays in Open Forum. Two: the more you give, the more you receive. Participants are encouraged to engage in sincere, open exchanges of experience. And three: the value of the event is to respect the opinions, expectations, and emotions of others. We believe that the basis for development within Open Forum is not the promotion of one’s own personality and accomplishments, but an open exchange of experience.
TYPES OF OPEN FORUM EVENTS
Breakfast meetings (up to 25 participant) with a presentation by the speaker specially selected for each event.
Dinner meetings (up to 12 participant), where the issues of leadership and human capital management are discussed.
Visits at Members’ Company
Meetings at the company’s headquarters (office, factory, innovation center, etc.) of one of the Forum’s CEOs.
Mixer CEO ➝
Annual Gala dedicated to CEOs, centered around the storytelling of the leaders, with different theme every year.
OPEN FORUM + PEER GROUP
Peer Group is a new and dynamic formula for the development of leaders from different business sectors. Peer Group consists of workshops focused on personal and professional development. Each group is based on the idea of sharing a strong common denominator, like similar needs, profiles, challenges, etc. (e.g.: CEO for CEE, CEO of Retail Companies, Women Leaders, etc). The main objectives of Peer Group are mutual inspiration, responding to individual needs of participants, and learning to tackle problems together.
