The Art of Moderating

The Art of Moderating is a transformational leadership development program designed for CEOs, CXOs, founders, executives, and societal leaders. Across a 12-month journey, selected participants will master the emerging competency of moderating — creating safe spaces, fostering trust, and leading human transformation.

Program Kick-off Retreat: June 30 – July 1, 2025 (Oczyszczalnia Miejsce, Poland)

Cohort Details

12 participants maximum.

Formal accreditation in the Art of Moderating.

English language program.

Hybrid format with in-person and virtual sessions.

Participation Requirements

A live playground for practicing moderating (peer group, transformation journey, etc.)

Financial independence (no pressure to monetize moderating skills immediately).

Commitment to self-development and leadership evolution.
