Ania will ask about your company, your role and what you’re looking for. She’ll explain what the meetings look like and how the CEO Round Table format works. Together you’ll explore whether this is the right fit for you.

What happens after the conversation?

If it turns out that CEO Round Table meets your needs and you meet the membership criteria, you’ll work together to establish the format of participation that best fits your current situation.

Who is CEO Round Table for?

For CEOs and business owners (with at least 30 employees and/or annual net revenues exceeding PLN 30 million) who are looking for a space to grow through honest conversations with peers. If you’re not sure whether this is the right place for you — that’s exactly what the conversation with Ania is for.

Am I making a commitment straight away?

No. The first conversation is simply a chance to get to know each other — with no commitment on either side.
