Open Forum is the core of CEO Round Table – the foundation on which the entire community has rested since 2001.
Members have access to meetings in a variety of formats and around a range of topics. They bring together CEOs, board members and senior executives – people who make decisions every day and need a place to talk them through.
Open Forum is built on three principles.
Firstly, confidentiality – information shared during meetings stays within the group and the meeting place.
Secondly, generosity – the more you give, the more you receive. This principle makes it easy to understand how much can be gained through a sincere and open exchange of experience.
Thirdly, participants are guided by respect for the opinions, expectations and emotions of others.
Decisions that shape the organisation – and the road from plan to reality.
Teams, talent, a culture of accountability. Behind every business challenge there is a person.
Energy, boundaries, meaning. Conscious self-management as a condition for leading others.
Three times a year, leaders come together to tackle one clearly defined challenge – related to talent management (recruitment, retention, development) or building a culture of accountability, key areas every CEO grapples with.
The session takes the form of a morning workshop, where each participant brings their own solution and tests it against the experience of others. The format is also open to new members who want to compare their approach with the practice of seasoned CEOs.
We meet for dinner at a round table, in a group of up to 12 people, around a topic related to leadership, human capital management, or our own personal development. During the dinner, guests are asked to share their own experiences on the topic in the most authentic and genuine way possible.
Guests can prepare in advance and gather stories they’d like to share based on a questionnaire sent out beforehand. This is our flagship event, the one from which CEO Round Table began in 2001.
We meet for breakfast (in a group of up to 25 people) around a carefully selected topic addressing the current challenges of our members. Meetings take place in the morning in an exclusive and calm environment. The agenda includes networking over coffee, a short induction moment (warm-up), a presentation of a specific case for up to 20 minutes, and a Q&A session for up to 50 minutes. The official part of the meeting ends at 10:00, but guests usually enjoy staying until 10:30 to use this time for networking.
We meet for a morning walk in the park in a group of up to 12 people to share reflections and personal experiences based on an interesting video or podcast from a renowned authority. We usually start at 8:15 with coffee at Być Może café, and at 8:30 head toward the park, working in rotating pairs, which gives a broader perspective on the topic and a different way of getting to know interesting leaders. The session typically lasts up to 1.5 hours and, according to participants, is a refreshing boost of energy and inspiration for the whole workday.
This is another intimate gathering where each participant brings 3 books that have shaped who they are as a person and a leader. It’s not about reviews, but about sharing how reading influenced our development path at significant moments in our lives. This kind of conversation offers an incredible opportunity for genuine openness and getting to know the unconventional sides of leaders. The light, short format of this session (8:30–10:00) allows the day to start with full energy and joy.
This event is dedicated to all CEO Round Table members – both CEOs and CXOs – so they can reconnect and enjoy time together. We want to celebrate the “joy of sharing” – a motto we’ve stayed true to for over 20 years. That’s why a relaxed, no-pressure picnic gives us the perfect space for mutual inspiration in a safe and beautiful natural setting.
