Participating in CEO Round Table meetings was an incredibly inspiring experience for me. The opportunity to meet with other CEOs in an atmosphere of trust and openness, and engage in sincere exchange of opinions, was a valuable milestone in my professional career. I recommend it to all CEOs who are open to a dimension of perspectives and experiences, allowing for continuous personal and organizational development.

Thank you for these few years of exchanging together on touchy topics who made me feel more sure and better taking some decisions. And a very special thanks to François. 4 years ago arriving in country where I was fresh no knowing anyone, thanks to you I managed very quickly to meet peers and industry leaders really helping me accelerating my knowledge of the country and my personal network. This is precious.

Our roles are often lonely and decisions to be made are often difficult. Being able to share with and learn from peers was a great and precious experiance, and an oppurtunity for me to grow. The richness and depth of each of peers' inputs was amazing! Francois have a methodology for making the group work together on specific cases, and this is key to the success of the peer exchange, adding value, keeping everyone safe and creating impactful insights and profound reflexions.

Building a high performing team is a key task of any leader. Establishing trust, open communication & mutual support is a foundation to achieve that. Peer Group Within (CEO Round Table’s authorship developing program; editor's note) helps us at Red Bull to strengthen these pillars and hence build authentic & effective relationships in my team. It does that by creating unique space for high quality interaction and working on select key issues as one team.
