Questions & Answers about the Elovution series

How many people can play?

Optimally 5–12 — in a group of this size, everyone has space to speak, and conversations remain deep. More participants can physically join, but we recommend smaller groups for the best quality of dialogue.

How long does a session last

On average 60–90 minutes. You can play for less, but the best conversations need time.

What is the spiral-shaped board and how does scoring work?

The spiral-shaped board symbolizes the team’s shared journey. All players share a single pawn, which advances with every answer given. Questions are worth 1, 2, or 4 points — depending on their level of depth; 4-point questions feature in selected editions of the game.

What are the gratitude cards?

After each round, players may give a gratitude card in recognition of the person whose story was particularly moving or inspiring. The cards add bonus points to the group’s shared total and mark unforgettable moments of connection.

Is a moderator required?

Yes. Elovution works best with a moderator who guides the session and maintains a safe space for conversation. This can be a coach or a team member who feels comfortable leading group dialogue.

Is the game available in English?

Yes! Every copy of Elovution is bilingual — each card features the question in both Polish and English, allowing sessions with international teams.

How does Elovution 1 differ from Elovution 2 and Elovution 3?

Every Elovution game shares the same mechanics (spiral-shaped board, shared pawn), but explores different themes:

– Elovution: Peace, Love, Leadership – 84 cards (1, 2, or 4 points)

– Elovution 2: Sense, Senses, Gift – 94 cards (1 or 2 points) + gratitude cards

– Elovution 3: Chaos, Beauty, Dance – 107 cards (1, 2, or 4 points) + gratitude cards

You can start with any edition — choose the one whose categories resonate most with your team.
