Why did we create games for building deep relationships?

It started with an observation: people collaborate, but rarely truly get to know each other. They know what everyone does – but not who they are, what moves them, what their values are.

And that matters. Teams that truly know each other handle crises better, share ideas more courageously, resolve conflicts faster. Trust doesn’t come from rulebooks – it comes from authentic relationships.

We understood something simple: we don’t lack project management tools. We lack tools for developing authentic relationships – in teams, in organizations, in life.

That’s why we created Elovution, Elovution 2, Elovution 3, and Storymaker – games designed not so much for “playing” as for getting to know each other, for moving from surface-level conversations to deeper reflection and the kind of exchange that opens new space in relationships.

Our Philosophy

Our games are based on a simple truth: teams that truly know each other work better together.

It’s not about knowing competencies or CVs. It’s about understanding values, perspectives, and what matters to people.

We create relational games and tools for facilitating deep conversations that help teams:

  • Move from facade to authenticity
  • Build trust and psychological safety
  • Discover the power of diverse perspectives

What we do differently?

  • We don’t test or evaluate – we invite sharing
  • We don’t force openness – we create space where it can emerge
  • We don’t offer ready-made answers – we ask questions that lead to discovery

Who are these games for?

  • Leaders building on trust, not control
  • HR professionals seeking tools with both head and heart
  • Coaches leading transformations that require depth
  • Teams ready for a culture of dialogue instead of monologue – in companies, non-profits, and development groups
  • Groups of friends wanting to move beyond small talk and discover new layers of connection

Who creates these games?

The Elovution and Storymaker games were created by the team at CEO Round Table – a Polish leadership development platform that has been supporting CEOs and top-level executives in building leadership based on trust and dialogue since 2001.

We designed them ourselves – our team created the concept, questions, and game mechanics. We produce them in Poland with small local manufacturers, ensuring the quality of every element.

And we use them ourselves – in our team, during CEO Round Table events, in meetings with CEOs and C-level executives. We see how these games transform the dynamics of conversations. And that they work beyond business? Our participants take the games home – they play with partners, children, friends. That convinced us we created something of real value.
