A moderator creates a safe space and conditions for relationship development within a group. On one hand, they support the group’s natural dynamics, while on the other, they ensure the group operates within agreed intentions, frameworks, and principles.

Moderator: Francois Nail

François Nail, entrepreneur and French-Polish citizen, founded and has led the CEO Round Table, a leadership development forum, since 2001. An alumnus of ESCP-Europe and Sciences Po Paris, he specializes in executive coaching and moderating, with 3,600 hours of coaching experience and a co-authored book, Quest, on leadership development.

Dorota Piekarczyk is a graduate in Psychology fromUniwersytet Śląski and postgraduate in Organizational Psychology at SWPS University. With 30 years of experiencein total and 19 years at CEO Round Table, Dorota is anexecutive coach and moderator, having accumulated 3,000+hours of coaching and 4000+ hours of moderating.
